Check-In Times

Thursday, August 13th, 2025: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Friday, August 14th, 2025: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Come on down to the Tour de Victoria HQ at our favourite bike shop to get yourself checked in, pick up your swag and socialize with your fellow riders. You'll also have a chance to meet some of the TDV sponsors to see what they have to offer. Our ride ambassadors will be on-site with maps and information and can answer any questions you have about the ride. And it's conveniently right beside Spinnaker's Brewpub!

Rider Check-In 

At check-in, you will receive your bike plate and timing chip, zap straps to affix the plate to your bike, a wristband for post-race food and drink, and your sweet swag. You will be asked to add your name, emergency contact, and medical information to the plate - please come prepared with that information.

All riders (or appointed delegate, see below) need to check in and receive their bike plate on August 13th & 14th.

Riders can assign someone else to pick up their bike plate and package. In order to do this, you must send a text message to the person who is picking up for you showing you give permission for them to do so. They may be requested to show this to our team at check-in.

Late Rider Check-In (event day)

Saturday, August 15th, 2025: 6:00 am – 11:30 am

Where: 501 Belleville St, at the Legislative Grounds

If you can't make it on Thursday or Friday, we will have a late Rider check-in directly where the rides start; on the Legislative Grounds (501 Belleville St), please arrive at least 1 hour prior to your start time (we open at 6:00 am). You will receive your rider package. Swag will not be handed out until after the ride, so please remember to come back for your swag; it will be available in the tent next to the Rider Check-in.

Capital Bikes Kids Ride Late Rider Check-In

We will have a late Rider check-in for the kids participating in the Capital Bikes Kids Rides from 6:00am - 1:30pm. Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to your start time.

 

Merchandise Sales & Pickup

There will be a Tour de Victoria merchandise area at the Rider Festival with a limited number of Tour de Victoria jerseys, bib shorts, and additional merchandise for sale.

If you pre-ordered a jersey or shorts, they will be available there for pickup.

*Please note the jersey and shorts quantities are limited. We suggest coming early Thursday/Friday if you intend to purchase and did not pre-order.

Bike Check 

There is NO mandatory bike check for the Tour de Victoria.

Trek Bicycle Store Victoria is a great local resource for tune-ups or gear!
