Become an integral spoke in our wheel.
Since the Tour’s inception in 2011, more than 2,000 volunteers have become the force that produces one of the best-known cycling events in North America. By joining our crew, you’ll become one of the nearly 400 volunteers it takes to give our cyclists their best day in the saddle. Our volunteers are the most valuable assets we have; you are the eyes, ears, hands and feet on the ground.
No cycling experience necessary.
We promise you’ll have fun, make new friends, and feel the pride of being the force that produces the 8th annual Tour de Victoria.
Register yourself or your whole family, for one or more positions or shifts, and become an integral spoke in our wheel.
Almost there! We need help in these positions:
- Ride Marshals - Saturday, August 18th
Our Ride Marshals are the most visible ambassadors of our event and the first thing our riders boast about as they cross the finish line.
Locations: Oak Bay and Victoria
- Aid Station 1 (Rider Feed Zone) - Saturday, August 18th
This Aid Station is the cyclists’ first stop to take a break, replenish their food & liquids and answer the call of nature.
Location: Kangaroo Road at Blinkhorn Park, Metchosin
- Event Hub - Saturday, August 18th
The Downtown Start & Finish Area (a.k.a. Event Hub) is the start and the finish line for all seven distances and the Kids Ride.

Our Harbour Air Volunteer Crew receives:
- The limited edition hand designed Tour de Victoria t-shirt
- Hot meal and beverage at the finish line
